1. Definitions and Interpretation

• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To register an account at winbox77, the User must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not have had an account previously closed or banned by winbox77.
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list at any gambling platform.

2.2 Registration Information

2.3 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at winbox77. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.

winbox77 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or the equivalent value at the current rate.

3.2 Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the chosen method and the level of review required.

3.3 Payment Verification

All withdrawal requests are subject to internal review procedures. winbox77 reserves the right to request additional information or supporting documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits or for accounts that have recently completed bonus wagering requirements.

3.4 Player Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details provided are accurate. winbox77 is not responsible for any delay or failure in withdrawal due to incorrect information provided by the User. Funds sent to the wrong account due to User error cannot be recovered.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

winbox77 offers a first deposit bonus of 200% up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus value before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each User is only eligible to claim the welcome bonus once during the lifetime of the account.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• winbox77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to misuse promotions or manipulate the bonus system will result in the cancellation of the bonus and further action against the account in question.
• Other bonuses including cashback, referral bonuses, birthday bonuses and periodic promotions are subject to their own specific terms as stated when the promotion is announced.

5. winbox77 VIP Programme

The winbox77 VIP Programme consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate depending on the User's gaming activity.

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Progress through VIP tiers is determined by the User's activity and loyalty on the platform. winbox77 reserves the right to update the criteria and benefits of the VIP programme from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to affected Users via email or in-account notification.

6. Game Rules

All games available at winbox77, including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, poker and fish shooting, have their own rules which can be found on each game's page.

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure that has been verified by the winbox77 technical team. In the case of a proven technical failure, winbox77 reserves the right to void the bet in question and return the wagered amount to the User.

6.2 Fraud and Manipulation

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, use unauthorised third-party software, or collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Such violations will result in immediate account closure and the freezing of all funds in the account.

7. Player Conduct

winbox77 users are required to behave respectfully and responsibly while using the platform, including when interacting with other players in live casino or poker games.

• The use of offensive, abusive or threatening language towards other players or customer support staff is prohibited.
• Sharing an account with another individual or allowing another individual to access your account is prohibited.
• Attempting to access another person's account or winbox77's internal systems without authorisation is prohibited.
• Users are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within their account.

winbox77 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a third party accessing a User's account due to the User's negligence in safeguarding their login information.

8. Security and Privacy

winbox77 takes seriously its responsibility to protect Users' personal data. All information collected is used solely for account management, payment processing and service improvement.

8.1 Account Password

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. winbox77 will never request a User's password via email, live chat or any other channel. If a User suspects their account has been accessed without authorisation, they must contact the customer support team immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

winbox77 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable betting outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond our control.
• Failures by third parties such as payment providers or game providers.
• Consequences arising from a User's non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

winbox77's total liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10. Amendment of Terms

winbox77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via their registered email or a notice displayed prominently on the platform at least seven days before the amendment takes effect.

Continued use of the platform after an amendment takes effect will be considered the User's acceptance of the revised terms. If a User does not agree with the amendment, they have the right to close their account after settling all outstanding obligations.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the legal principles under the jurisdiction relevant to the international licence held by winbox77. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules set by the relevant licensing body.
